    This collar is great for barking! My husky-pitbull mix has stopped barking and howling, which was disturbing my neighbors. However, it doesn’t work for whining. It doesn’t vibrate or shock when he whines in his kennel at night. So if you’re looking for a collar to stop whining, this might not be the one for you.

    So, this is Thorin. He’s a Morkie and he’s pretty smart. The collar is well-made, fits okay, and has noise and vibration options. But Thorin figured out how to bark just enough to not activate it. It became useless for us in less than a month, but it does work properly if your dog doesn’t catch on too quickly.
